Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Data Centre Project Account Lead in Johor. The successful candidate will oversee 24x7 onsite operations, ensuring the continuous availability of critical infrastructure and managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include leading incidents, conducting compliance audits, and supervising data centre engineers.

An ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in data centre operations. Strong operational risk management skills and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mission critical/data centre field.
• Proven experience leading incident response and operational risk management, including post-incident reviews.
• Expertise in reliability engineering and capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite data centre operations ensuring continuous availability of critical infrastructure.
• Oversee facility infrastructure operations and coordinate maintenance plans.
• Manage and supervise data centre engineers and operational vendors for shift coverage.
