Job description

Program Overview:

Our Data Center Technical Trainee Program is a comprehensive 6-12 monthdevelopment plan designed to cultivate the next generation of data center operations experts. As a trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to rotate across our various data center sites located across Malaysia. Through structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning, you will gain holistic knowledge of data center technology and operations, laying a solid foundation for a successful career as a well-rounded data center professional.

Key Responsibilities:

During the rotations, you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and managers to support hands‑on operations in the following core areas:

• IT Operations Support:Assist in server hardware installation, network cabling, troubleshooting, and inventory management.
• Infrastructure Operations:Learn and support the daily inspection and preventive maintenance of critical facilities (e.g., power distribution, cooling systems, environmental monitoring).
• Asset Management:Participate in the receiving, tracking, auditing, and decommissioning processes of IT assets (servers, network gear, etc.) within the data center.
• Security Management:Assist in the execution of physical security protocols, participate in security audits, and help ensure compliance with company security standards and procedures.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of a Diplomaor its equivalent is required. Recent graduate or candidate with less than 1 year of work experience.
• Background in any academic discipline is welcome; we are open to all talented individuals eager to start a career in the tech industry.

Candidates with the following backgrounds will be preferred:

• Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
• Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering Management, or related fields.
• Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in other languages, such as Mandarin will be a distinct advantage.
• Must be willing and able to travel to different data center locations across Singapore.
