Job summary

Keppel DC Malaysia 1 Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a diligent Customer Service professional to support the daily operations at our critical data center in Sedenak, Johor.

You will maintain professional relationships with clients, respond to service requests promptly, and respond to emergency calls during shift work while ensuring safety and uptime across essential electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers (feeders, transformers, UPS, HVAC, fire systems).
• Experience with control equipment, PLCs, BMS/EPMS integration, and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with internal and external clients.
• Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergency calls during shift work.
• Assist daily management of DC Operations and PM tasks to ensure 100% uptime of critical M&E systems.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to report faults and record equipment status.
• Monitor and escalate alarms (EPMS, BMS, Fire) per protocol.
• Maintain logs of readings, stock levels, and incidents.
• Brief and handover to technicians on outstanding issues.
