Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Kampung Ulu Tiram, Johor, is seeking an Electrical Shift Lead to oversee data center electrical and environmental systems, ensuring 100% facility uptime.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in data centers or critical facilities, and leadership of a rotating shift team. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in data center operations, semiconductor, power plant, or critical facility environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, UPS, generators, and cooling systems.
• Hands-on experience in preventive/corrective maintenance and shift-based operations.
• Able to lead a team under rotating shifts and perform under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be willing to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical systems in the data center.
• Supervise and guide shift engineers and technicians to ensure reliable facility performance.
• Perform hands-on operation, inspection, and maintenance of critical systems such as HV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and BMS.
• Monitor and control equipment status through the Monitoring Center (NOC) and ensure timely response to alarms or incidents.
• Review and execute Change Control Applications, ensuring adherence to SOP and safety compliance.
• Support and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Identify safety risks and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation in accordance with ISO and company standards.
