Job summary

Keppel Data Centres is seeking a qualified professional to support data center operations and maintenance. You will manage daily DC activities, ensure 100% uptime of critical M&E systems, and lead a team to respond to alarms and emergencies.

You will conduct daily site walkthroughs, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain thorough logs. Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, PLCs, and MS Office is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centres.
• Experience with PLCs and building management systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive, professional relations with clients and respond to service requests promptly.
• Monitor DC Operations, perform maintenance, and ensure 100% uptime of M&E systems.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, report faults, and document M&E equipment status.
• Ensure alarms are acknowledged, escalation plans followed, and safety procedures observed.
• Oversee subcontractors, review risk assessments, and ensure site health and safety compliance.
• Maintain logs of readings, stock levels, and incident reports; provide handovers to shifts.
• Adhere to quality, health, safety, and environmental policies within the CE domain.
