Job summary

Env icool Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Documentation Coordinator to support the project manager in data center project delivery and on-site coordination in Johor. You will manage, submit, update and archive project documents and assist with engineering records.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in engineering, are detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in an engineering-related field.
• Basic engineering knowledge and understanding of project processes and technical documents.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software.
• Experience in data centers, electromechanical systems, HVAC, construction, or engineering projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with MOS, RA, PTW, RFI, and other engineering documents is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong document management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in data center project delivery and on-site coordination
• Prepare, organize, submit, update, and archive project documents
• Assist in preparing and following up on engineering documents such as MOS, RA, PTW, RFI, TQ, FSR, and T&C Records
• Follow up on client and consultant review comments on documents, coordinate internal revisions, and close out issues
• Maintain the project Document Tracker, Action Tracker, and project progress records
• Assist in organizing documents related to equipment installation, commissioning, Punch List, and project handover
• Prepare project meeting materials, progress reports, and client-required documents
• Participate in on-site delivery, inspection, and coordination tasks as required by the project
