Job summary

Hirehub Group in Kapar, Klang is seeking a Documentation Coordinator to support data center project documentation and admin operations. You will manage electrical/MEP testing records, coordinate deliverables with internal teams and overseas stakeholders, and help maintain compliance through standardized procedures.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical/MEP/Automation preferred.
• 1–3 years in engineering documentation, project coordination or general affairs.
• Experience in data center projects, electrical testing, commissioning, or overseas projects is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; good communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection, compilation, proofreading, filing and maintenance of electrical/MEP testing documentation and test reports.
• Coordinate documentation deliverables with internal departments, clients, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Oversee daily administrative operations, site affairs, and logistics for overseas project teams.
• Develop and improve standardized procedures for project documentation and general affairs management.
• Manage testing instruments, fixtures, load bank equipment and assets including inventory control and calibration.
• Coordinate procurement, shipment, return, inventory and usage of testing consumables and project materials.
• Maintain accurate project records and support continuous improvement in the Testing Department.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
