Job summary

Princeton Digital Group (Singapore) SG1 Pte Ltd in Malaysia's Johor/Sedenak region is seeking a seasoned Data Center Operations Manager to lead critical facility teams, ensure 24x7 uptime, safety, and reliable operation of the engineering infrastructure.

This role oversees mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and Building Management System (BMS) environments, driving maintenance, incident response, change control, and capacity planning with a focus on cost efficiency and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering.
• 8+ years of related working experience.
• Data center working experience is highly preferred.
• Applicants with experience in critical infrastructures like Refinery or Oil & Gas industries will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center operations and 24x7 crews for uptime and safety.
• Manage maintenance and modification of critical environment systems.
• Ensure SLA adherence and incident/change management.
• Monitor capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and training of staff.
