Job summary

GREENBAY CES (PG) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technician to support data centre and critical environmental service operations across Penang and Johor Bahru. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E equipment, detailed reporting, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure uptime and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a mechanical background, be able to write reports in Malay and English, and possess a driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.
• Proficient in writing in Malay & English.
• Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary.
• Able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• 5-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service all related M&E critical equipment in data centre under maintenance contract.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance servicing for M&E critical equipment.
• Create detailed service reports and maintenance checklists for each equipment.
• Assist engineer to provide incident reports for issues and breakdowns.
• Assist in providing ideas/solutions for technical issues.
• Assist or perform testing and commissioning for related M&E equipment.
• Attend to on-site issues related to M&E equipment.
• Provide site training for related M&E equipment.
