Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Malaysia is seeking a Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician to operate, monitor and maintain critical data center systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire life safety. You will support preventive maintenance, analyze performance, and assist with upgrades to ensure reliable operations and optimal cooling and power distribution.

Qualifications

• Entry level knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire life safety in data centers.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA codes and safety standards.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain facility systems across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire life safety.
• Support maintenance schedules and track activities.
• Assist with system upgrades and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
• Perform data trending and analysis.
• Maintain inventory of facility parts.
