Job summary

Primalcom Enterprise Sdn Bhd is hiring an entry-level Junior IT Support Assistant to join the on-site team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. The role requires minimal IT experience and focuses on hands-on hardware tasks, rack-and-stack, and routine equipment checks.

Full operational training is provided from day one to support facility operations. Fresh graduates or those with a TVET, Diploma or Degree in IT or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year IT experience or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow SOPs and technical checklists without deviation.
• Good basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Responsibilities

• Carry out guided physical actions like server power cycles, cable reseating, and hard drive swaps as instructed by senior engineers.
• Assist with unboxing, mounting, and installing servers, storage arrays, and network switches into data center racks.
• Perform physical asset audits, update asset tags, and log hardware movement in internal inventory tools.
