Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Data Center Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) to provide second-line onsite technical support and field engineering services. The role focuses on proactive incident resolution and maintaining zero missed SLA conditions, handling routine incidents and collaborating with clients and vendors to reach timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Professional level certification in Data Centre technologies such as Cisco, NetApp, EMC- Ex: CCNP (DC), ONTAP etc.
• Moderate experience in building, deploying and supporting data centre networking infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the client site infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational.
• Install and configure software as required by the solution.
• Log incidents with required detail and liaise with stakeholders to expedite resolution.
• Identify root causes of incidents and follow knowledge articles to resolve.
• Provide second line remote and onsite technical support to clients and field engineering services.
• Follow handover procedures for shift changes to ensure service continuity.
