Job summary

Aolani Cloud is seeking a Lead Data Center Infrastructure Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead review and optimization of renovation and construction plans for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, low-voltage, and fire protection. You will establish delivery plans, track milestones, and ensure on-time project completion.

You will manage equipment selection, FAT/SAT, and site commissioning, while implementing standardized O&M procedures and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of data center infrastructure O&M experience.
Familiar with Tier III or higher operation standards.

Responsibilities

Lead review and optimization of renovation and construction plans for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, LV, fire protection).
Develop and implement delivery plans, track milestones, ensure on-time project completion.
Establish quality control systems to ensure construction meets standards and client requirements.
Oversee equipment selection and FAT/SAT, supervise installation and commissioning.
Review system test plans and commissioning schedules; manage testing and acceptance of power and environmental systems.
Establish standardized O&M procedures and emergency response plans; implement preventive maintenance.
Lead capacity management and maintain asset records, logs, and incident reports.
Monitor energy metrics (PUE) and drive energy efficiency upgrades.
