Job summary

JLL is seeking a DC Engineer to deliver general DC facilities management services in a live data centre environment in Selangor, Malaysia. You will monitor plant operations, coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and client standards.

You will supervise multi-skilled technicians and vendors, escalate incidents, and report to the DC Engineering Manager. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering with A4 Chargeman certification, and 3–4 years in

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or A4 Chargeman Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Registered Electrical Worker or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in engineering or constructions services.
• 1–2 years’ experience in operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage/coordinate service provider performance and track work orders.
• Ensure site management and operations comply with standards.
• Escalate incidents and provide coordination with client/OEM vendors as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Supervise multi-skilled engineering staff and vendors to ensure safe and compliant operations.
