Job summary

DayOne is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship and Delivery Owner to lead end-to-end data center projects in Malaysia. You will be the primary client contact, align delivery with SLAs, and guide a virtual team through construction and live operations.

You will coordinate with Sales, Design, Construction, and Testing teams, manage risks, and advocate continuous improvement while maintaining client trust and project profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center, MEP consultancy, or construction with client management.
• Strong knowledge of data center infra, ITIL, and SLA management.
• Proven ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers across project delivery and service operations.
• Lead a virtual delivery team to meet SLAs and delivery costs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee data center construction/delivery end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Manage schedules, quality, costs, risks, and escalations to closure and acceptance.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance with ITIL standards.
