Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced CSA Construction Manager to lead on-site supervision of civil, structural, and architectural works for a mission-critical data center project. You will oversee contractors, ensure compliance, and coordinate closely with M&E teams.

The role emphasizes safety, QA/QC, and timely delivery, with potential involvement in M&E oversight as the project progresses. Strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of CSA experience, preferably in data center or similar critical environments.
• Strong understanding of CSA-MEP interfaces; experience with builder’s works is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client in CSA construction oversight across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, QA/QC procedures, ITPs and method statements.
• Coordinate between CSA and M&E teams, managing interfaces and builder’s works.
• Manage on-site stakeholders, contractors, and consultants; monitor schedule and risks.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, NCRs, RFIs, and site progress documentation.
