Job summary

DayOne is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager, Business Analysis to join our Business Operations team in a dynamic data centre environment. The role focuses on delivering data-driven insights, optimizing performance, and driving process improvements across commercial, operational, and strategic functions.

You will support planning cycles, forecast and budget activities, and build dashboards to guide executive decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in business analysis in data centre/IT infrastructure.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial acumen with financial modelling knowledge.
Knowledge of data centre technologies and telecommunications is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Support annual and multi-year business planning cycles by consolidating inputs from various business units.
Assist in preparation of financial and operational forecasts including demand planning and capacity utilisation.
Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across commercial, operational, and financial metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop regular and ad-hoc reports.
Map and evaluate existing business processes; propose enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
