Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and report data to support decision-making within the Risk Compliance Security Unit. You will interpret data, generate actionable insights, and provide ongoing reports to inform business strategies.

The role involves collecting and cleaning large datasets, building automated workflows, and creating dashboards to communicate risk trends to senior management. Collaboration with Risk, Compliance and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Experience using Python, SQL to derive insights from large datasets.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques (clustering, trees, neural networks).
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and their applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with distributed data/computing environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from diverse sources.
• Develop automated data cleaning scripts and workflows.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Translate complex data into clear visualizations for stakeholders.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify risk trends.
