Responsibilities

• Research and develop business opportunities.
• Support sales force with reports and analysis.
• Monitor agency business segments and production.
• Uses industry knowledge and respond to inquiries and/or distributors, provide clear resolves various issues as they arise.
• Resolve operational customer-distributor (or other partner) management activities (e.g. remuneration, sales initiatives, event management, cross-selling), ensuring an efficient and high-quality service is extended to all internal and external customers.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement by monitoring business processes and keeping abreast of industry developments.
• Participates on assigned project teams.
• Analyzes competing process methodologies and efficiencies in order to contributes to process improvement.
• Develops customer or distributor reports to help preparations for key tenders-meetings, including commentary and an analysis of trends to facilitate decision-making where required.

PURPOSE

Under only general supervision, responsible for various duties within sales and distribution. Supports the sales force by providing information and analysis that help drive the delivery of Zurich products and services to customers and distributors.

NATURE OF WORK
