Job summary

PKT LOGISTICS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic and independent data analyst to join our management team in line with expansion plans.

You will collect and reconcile data from SAP/WMS, design Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for management and customers, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights. You will monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels and cycle times, and automate reports using Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power BI and SQL.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting and reconciling data from SAP and WMS.
• Proficient in designing Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Experience automating reports with Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate and reconcile operational data from SAP, WMS and other sources.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for management and customers.
• Monitor inbound/outbound productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, cycle times, order fulfilment and resource utilisation.
• Analyse performance trends and gaps; conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical corrective actions and process improvements.
• Automate repetitive reports and data consolidation using Excel, VBA Macros, Power Query, Power BI and SQL.
• Support manpower planning, workload forecasting and productivity tracking with data-driven insights.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Inventory, Engineering and Management to define reporting needs and support continuous improvement projects; measure results.
• Prepare ad-hoc customer/management analyses, presentation materials and performance review reports.

Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports for management and customers.

Monitor inbound/outbound productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, cycle times, order fulfilment and resource utilisation.

Analyse performance trends and gaps; conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical corrective actions and process improvements.
