• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline.
• 1 year of experience in data analytics or related field; logistics/supply chain background is a plus.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, R and SQL.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data‑modelling methods.
• Familiar with data‑warehouse concepts and ETL workflows.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving aptitude.

We are seeking a data‑driven Regional Support Executive to build and refine operational data models, perform deep‑dive data analysis and deliver data‑driven insights for logistics operations. You will develop maintainable code, generate visualised reports and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. This role requires solid programming, statistical modelling and data visualisation capabilities to support business decision‑making. Full‑time position.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development Build and continuously optimise workforce‑efficiency models, sort‑centre data models and site‑evaluation models to improve overall operational performance and support high‑quality business decision‑making.

Data Analysis Conduct in‑depth analysis of complex datasets, identify business trends, data patterns and core insights to underpin business optimisation initiatives.

Code Development Write high‑quality, efficient and maintainable code to support data processing, analytics and model‑building activities.

Data Quality Assurance Maintain strong data awareness throughout all analytical workflows to guarantee accuracy and reliability of analysis outputs.

Reporting & Visualisation Prepare comprehensive reports and visual dashboards, and clearly communicate analytical findings and recommended solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Cross‑functional Collaboration Work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams to fully understand business requirements and deliver practical, data‑led solutions.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related disciplines.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in data analytics or related fields. Candidates with logistics or supply‑chain working background will be an advantage.

Programming Skills: Hands‑on proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R and SQL.

Visualisation Tools: Practical experience using Tableau, Power BI or equivalent business‑intelligence visualisation platforms.

Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of statistical analysis and data‑modelling methodologies.

Data Infrastructure: Familiar with data‑warehouse concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows.

Core Competencies: Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving aptitude.

Work Execution: Able to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent project deliverables.
