Job summary

Jobtailor in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Architect to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions optimized for performance and scalability. You will lead the full technical lifecycle from discovery through delivery, testing, and continuous improvement.

You will define data models, build custom entities, workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and advanced business rules. You will integrate with SharePoint/Teams, design AI-enabled workflows, and mentor junior engineers while upholding

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and related modules.
• Advanced skills across Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics with third-party platforms via REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors.
• Proven experience integrating CRM with payments or trading systems, including cross-border fiat and/or crypto infrastructure.
• Experience connecting CRM to KYC/AML or compliance platforms such as SumSub, ComplyAdvantage, Jumio, Onfido, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Azure services relevant to CRM architecture, including Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or agentic AI patterns applied to CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full technical lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery, testing, and continuous improvement

• Implement client quality scoring and segmentation frameworks for compliance and commercial prioritization
• Design and build Power Pages portals for client-facing interactions, onboarding, and self-service
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party compliance and KYC/AML tools
• Integrate CRM with trading and payments systems supporting cross-border fiat and cryptocurrency payment flows
• Build secure data pipelines and API integrations using REST/SOAP, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and custom connectors
• Own and drive a multi-year CRM vision and technology roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Design CRM architecture for agentic AI workflows, LLM-powered automations, predictive analytics, and intelligent recommendations
• Evaluate Microsoft and partner technologies including Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform AI Builder
• Advise CTO, Sales, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders on CRM architecture
• Communicate technical architecture to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and roadmap reviews
• Mentor junior team members and establish CRM development and delivery best practices
