Job summary

StarHub in Malaysia is seeking a Cybersecurity Service Line Lead to drive growth, shape offerings, and ensure delivery excellence across the Malaysian market.

You will partner with local sales, regional delivery teams, and industry bodies to expand market presence, win secured deals, and raise service standards.

This leadership role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of leading large-scale cybersecurity engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer).
• 15+ years in cybersecurity with 8+ years in leadership or service line management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, standards, regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience supporting sales and driving revenue for cybersecurity services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Malaysia go-to-market strategy for cybersecurity in line with regional objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, risks, and trends to expand the footprint.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and associations.
• Provide pre-sales support including scoping, RFP/RFQ responses, and presentations.
• Drive cybersecurity pipeline growth with the Malaysia sales team.
• Coach teams, share solution insights, and articulate competitive value.
• Oversee delivery handover and ensure project timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with Singapore and Malaysia leaders on strategic priorities.
