Job summary

Experian Malaysia is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to support project teams by resolving technical security issues and ensuring alignment with security policies. You will report to the Security Operations Manager and play a key role in maintaining secure project environments.

Qualifications

• At least three years of information security experience across UNIX, Windows and Linux, and network environments.
• Experience assessing and managing information security risks, including vulnerability testing and incident response.
• Experience designing and implementing security architectures and technologies for transactional websites.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and NIST with applying relevant controls.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams, partners and vendors to implement security controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to resolve security-related technical challenges.
• Identify security issues arising during project execution.
• Develop and implement risk-based solutions to unblock activities.
• Advise on security best practices and ensure policy understanding.
