Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, provide accurate information, and maintain customer records. You will resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction, work in a shift-based schedule from early morning to night, and enjoy benefits like EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, and a company shuttle van.

Fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in Chinese and English is required, and training will be provided to help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

Minimum: SPM / SKM Level 3 / UEC / IGCSE.
Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken & written).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work on a 5.5–6 day work week with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities
