Job summary

Macnica Cytech is seeking driven individuals for inside sales and customer service roles in Penang, Malaysia. The position supports field sales and marketing on RFQs for EMS customers, collaborates on quotation strategies, and handles customer master data and new customer creation in BPM.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meticulousness, and a team-oriented mindset. On-site office role with company benefits will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant inside sales or customer service experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous with a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales and marketing teams on daily RFQs for key EMS customers through the e-quote portal, ensuring timely and accurate quotation processing.
• Collaborate with field sales teams on quotation strategies for key EMS customers.
• Create new end customers in BPM and raise SQ.
• Update the customer master quote file for the Sales Department's reference.
• Manage RFQs for customers assigned by the company from time to time.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
