Job summary

Skyways Technics A/S in Subang, Malaysia, seeks a trustworthy and goal-oriented Customer Support professional to join our Asia team. You will report to the Head of Repair Sales, handling inquiries, quotes, and invoicing through the repair lifecycle.

You should have at least 2 years in customer support within a Part-145 aviation environment, with strong communication, organizational, and Excel skills. This on-site role contributes to timely repair execution and business performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer support role, ideally in commercial aviation within a Part-145 org.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and issue invoices promptly and professionally.
• Process and coordinate repair orders with Repair Sales Managers.
• Coordinate movement of spare parts with logistics and freight forwarders for timely delivery.
• Liaise with technical services for repair status and information for customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through the repair cycle and invoicing.
• Prepare repair quotations and seek customer approvals.
• Prepare monthly invoice forecasts and reports for planning and monitoring.

Support commercial customer relations to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Skyways Technics' activities regard the Part 145 repair of structural aircraft components. We are looking for a trustworthy and goal-oriented professional, to join our Customer Support function in Asia in our facility in Subang, Malaysia.

You will report directly to the Head of Repair Sales.

Position Overview

• Respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, including the preparation and issuance of invoices.
• Process and coordinate repair orders in close collaboration with the Repair Sales Managers.
• Coordinate the movement of incoming and outgoing spare parts with the logistics and planning teams, as well as freight forwarders, to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with technical services to obtain repair status, technical updates, and guidance, and communicate relevant information clearly to customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the entire repair cycle, from unit receipt through repair, completion, delivery, and final invoicing.
• Prepare repair quotations based on customer requirements and follow up proactively to obtain customer approval.
• Prepare and maintain monthly invoice forecasts and reports to support business planning and performance monitoring.

Your background

You have a minimum of 2-year of proven work experience in a customer support role, ideally focused on the commercial aviation industry in a Part-145 organization.
