Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a diligent logistics and sales support professional in Klang to streamline order processing and delivery cycles. You will coordinate orders from clients, oversee shipments, and work with internal teams and partners to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Economics, at least 3 years in customer service with sales and logistics, and familiarity with SAP or Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service handling sales and logistics.
• Experience in SAP and Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Able to handle shipment and logistics planning.
• Good communication and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Place orders timely upon client PO.
• Manage logistics for manufacturing, shipment, delivery, and returns.
• Keep detailed records from PO to shipping documents.
• Develop communication with clients, stakeholders, forwarders, transporters, and other parties.
• Build relationships with internal/external parties.
• Assist month-end closing with intercompany invoices and documents.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to simplify processes.
• Support audit process by providing required documents.
• Assist in requisition to invoicing for raw materials.
• Prepare monthly price trend and purchasing reports.
• Prepare yearly revaluation report if required.
