Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support client relationships across hyperscale data centers in APAC and Europe.

You will coordinate daily operations, track SLAs, and ensure documentation is audit-ready while collaborating with internal teams on service delivery. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, 1 year of related experience or internships, and strong English communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in the data center industry, MEP consultancy, or construction is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project exposure are welcome to apply.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and issues.
• Track service performance against SLAs and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
• Support the Customer Success Manager on project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain organized records of service and project activity in line with audit and compliance requirements, including ITIL standards.
