Overview

Job Designation: Customer Service Support. Reporting: Director.

Responsibilities
  • Actively manage customer enquiries and proactively work with sales team to provide timely and competitive quotes.
  • Actively works to improve conversion rates of enquiry to order.
  • Prepares and continuously improves all templates used in the sales process from enquiry to order and beyond.
  • Ensure orders meet customer requirements.
  • Follow up on orders with customers to get feedback.
  • Attend to any customer complaints.
  • Report on customer satisfaction and any complaints.
  • Liaise with Assistant Production Manager & Supply Chain Executive on production planning.
  • Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives personnel.
  • Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives department.
  • Any others special project as assigned by CEO.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in the customer service function of a refractory business.
  • Must be analytical and data led.
  • Must have strong inter-personal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Ideally also Malay and Mandarin).
