Overview
Job Designation: Customer Service Support. Reporting: Director.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage customer enquiries and proactively work with sales team to provide timely and competitive quotes.
- Actively works to improve conversion rates of enquiry to order.
- Prepares and continuously improves all templates used in the sales process from enquiry to order and beyond.
- Ensure orders meet customer requirements.
- Follow up on orders with customers to get feedback.
- Attend to any customer complaints.
- Report on customer satisfaction and any complaints.
- Liaise with Assistant Production Manager & Supply Chain Executive on production planning.
- Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives personnel.
- Liaise with QAQC & Lab, production and Supply Chain - raw material & additives department.
- Any others special project as assigned by CEO.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in the customer service function of a refractory business.
- Must be analytical and data led.
- Must have strong inter-personal skills.
- Fluent in English (Ideally also Malay and Mandarin).
