Our client is a health and beauty merchandise company, specialize in nutritional supplements, cosmetics and body-shaping garments. They are looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Job Description:

• -Attend to customer’s requests, enquiries and service related matters
• -Perform point of sales order processing and ensure accuracy of transactions
• -Support company events and activities related to training
• -Handle feedback and complaints from customers
• -Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  

Requirements:

• ü At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• ü Required languages: Chinese (must), Basic English, Bahasa Malaysian as this roles will required to liaise with our diverse client base and partners.
• ü Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required
