Job summary

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (LABUAN)

Ensure all service enquiries and requests are logged-in to the system and given feedback in an efficient and courteous manner within LOS.

Handle billing enquiries such as calls, walk-in, correspondence from customers in courteous and efficient manner.

Perform receipting tasks – ensure payment collection are updated in system correctly.

Ensure customers’ feedback are acknowledged by providing necessary information.

Prepare changes in customer profile by compilation of required documents from customers.

Prepare reports for review and monitoring of unresolved enquiries.

Requirement:

Diploma in any discipline from a recognized University.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

PC literate in Microsoft Office.
