Job summary

Arrow Electronics Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to provide expert customer service and sales support across the Inside Sales team and customer engagements. You will manage the end-to-end Order to Invoice process, including order entry, pricing, and NCNR considerations, while coordinating with Infosys and contract activities.

The role involves supporting the sales team with quotes, coordinating documentation, and handling post-delivery issues.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2–4 years of experience.
• Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area.
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
• Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process including order entry & maintenance and pricing setup.
• Support sales team with direct customer contact within Planned Demand and Quality assurance processes.
• Assist Inside Sales with Quote to Order objectives including loading quotes and coordinating contract signatures.
