Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Malaysia is seeking an Order Management Associate to process and track customer orders in Oracle, ensuring accurate data and timely communication with clients.

You will liaise with warehousing to organize pick/pack and delivery according to customer requirements, monitor order backlog, and support returns and instrument movements as needed. This role reports to the CAS Supervisor and is based on site in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• University graduate required.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills to liaise with China counterpart.
• At least 2 years of customer service and order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders into Oracle; maintain clear customer communications; assist with Finance reporting.
• Coordinate with warehouse for pick/pack and arrange delivery per customer requests.
• Monitor backlog and follow up on outstanding items to ensure on-time shipments; manage returns/instrument movements.

The Order Management Associate is responsible processing customers’ orders, arranging shipment to customers, providing and maintaining a quality Customer Service and the best Company Image and conform to Company's policies and procedures as well as Government's rules and regulations.

This position reports to the CAS Supervisor and is part of the Customer Administrative Services Department l ocated in Malaysia and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and process customer orders into Oracle, maintain communication with customers. Handling Finance reporting

• Liaise with warehouse for pick/pack and arrange delivery based on customer request

• Monitor backlog and follow up outstanding goods or matters from the related parties ensuring the completion of order shipment within the contractual time frame, responsible for Returns/Instrument movements

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University Graduate

• Fluent in English, Chinese to communicate with China counterpart

• At least 2 years of customer service, order management experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Oracle ERP
