Job summary

TME Motorsports Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a customer-focused live host and sales assistant to explain motorcycle models, pricing, and features to potential buyers in Malaysia.

In this frontline role you’ll respond to live enquiries, guide customers toward purchases, complete documentation, and maintain relationships after the sale, with commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer interaction and enquiry handling.

• Willingness to learn pricing, models, and after-sales processes.

From the first enquiry to after-sales, here’s how you play your part:

LIVE Host - You will receive enquiries from the LIVE sessions conducted

Response - Provide accurate information about the motorcycles we offer

Convince - Try to influence and guide customers towards making a purchase

Documentation - Complete the required customer documents correctly throughout the purchase process

After Sales - Maintain a good relationship with customers even after the sale

CLOSE DEALS, EARN COMMISSION

Your role gives you the opportunity to earn additional income on top of your basic salary.

Every customer you assist, every enquiry you handle, and every successful purchase can contribute towards your commission earnings.

You don’t have to be a hardcore salesperson — good communication, product knowledge and the ability to guide customers can take you further.

5.5 DAYS WORKING

Monday - Friday, 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM | Saturday, 9.00 AM - 1.00 PM

Sunday, Rest Day
