- Proven experience managing customer service teams and improving service quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the customer service team to improve quality and efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics, identify issues and drive improvement plans.
- Prepare business reports and support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Tech and other teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Continuously optimize SOPs, knowledge bases and productivity tools.
