Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Sungai Petani, Kedah team. This office-based role requires relocation from Sarawak.

We offer a base salary of RM2,000 per month, with an incentive up to RM250 monthly and OT opportunities. The position is full-time, with five days per week and rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays. • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate to Sungai Petani, Kedah.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to handle customer inquiries professionally and work under pressure.
• Able to work on rotational shifts and rotational off days, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good attendance, discipline, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; customer service experience is an added advantage.

• Assist customers with issues related to orders, payments, refunds, returns, deliveries, etc.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Meet performance targets such as productivity, handling and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Protect customer information and comply with data security requirements.

1. Job Details

• Position: Customer Service Executive (Voice | Email | Live Chat)
• Work Location: NCity, Sungai Petani, Kedah (relocation required)
• Employment Type: Full-time, office-based
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Working Hours: Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Base Pay: RM2,000 per month
• KPI Incentive: Earn up to RM250 per month based on performance
• Overtime (OT): OT opportunities available based on operational needs and availability
