Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Voice, Email, Live Chat) to join our office-based team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This role requires relocation from Perlis and involves five days per week with rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

You will handle inquiries about orders, payments, refunds, and deliveries, deliver solutions, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate to Sungai Petani, Kedah.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to handle customer inquiries professionally and work under pressure.
• Able to work on rotational shifts and rotational off days, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good attendance, discipline, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; customer service experience is an added advantage.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Meet performance targets such as productivity, handling and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Protect customer information and comply with data security requirements.

1. Job Details

• Position: Customer Service Executive (Voice | Email | Live Chat)
• Work Location: NCity, Sungai Petani, Kedah (relocation required)
• Employment Type: Full-time, office-based
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Working Hours: Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Base Pay: RM2,000 per month
• KPI Incentive: Earn up to RM250 per month based on performance
• Overtime (OT): OT opportunities available based on operational needs and availability
