EssilorLuxottica in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Customer Support professional to manage orders, open shipments, and respond to inquiries from customers.

You will maintain local inventory records, manage CMD data, and collaborate with corporate teams and factory personnel to ensure timely deliveries.

Diploma or above, strong English communication and Mandarin, plus familiarity with SAP/CRM, are essential; a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP & CRM systems and practices (advance).
• Ability to multi-task & fast learner, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words/ Power point & Excel with formula).
• Strong communication skills in English for liaising with corporate teams and Mandarin for coordinating with factory personnel to ensure smooth and timely shipments.

Responsabilités

• Customer Orders (processing, modification and cancelation) for finished goods and spare parts.
• Open orders and shipment status tracking
• Commercial Return including issuance of Credit & Debit Note
• Customer enquiry - receive and response to communication (both telephone and email) from customers
• Local inventory management (Returns)
• Customer master Data management – Create, revised and maintenance of CMD
