Luxasia, a leading beauty and fragrance distributor, is seeking a Customer Service Executive for our service centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will greet walk-in customers, maintain a clean front desk, coordinate with other departments to resolve inquiries, and handle difficult customers with professionalism.

You will build positive relationships through clear communication, meet KPIs, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while staying customer-focused and able to work

Formación

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
• Relevant customer service or field service experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

• Monitor and achieve established KPIs in accordance with company standards.
