Job summary

Durocom Battery Malaysia seeks a Customer Service cum Sales representative in Selangor to handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp, delivering exceptional service while driving sales and coordinating rapid rider dispatch for battery emergencies.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; willing to work shift rotations including weekends/public holidays; prior call centre or customer service experience is a plus; a sales mindset is required to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and gather customer location and vehicle details for dispatch.
• Coordinate and arrange rider dispatch for battery delivery/replacement.
• Follow up on order status until job completion.
• Update order and call records accurately in system.
• Identify upsell opportunities during service calls (related products).
• Achieve monthly sales conversion targets alongside service KPIs.
• Follow up with past customers for repeat purchase/replacement cycle reminders.

As a Customer Service cum Sales, you will play a key role like in your own sales business while delivering exceptional customer service by speaking directly with customers & prospect through inbound, outbound calls and whatsapp. You will support customers through both voice and non-voice channels, make informed customers experiencing car battery breakdown/flat battery emergencies, coordinate rapid response through rider dispatch, and support sales conversion — delivering fast, and exceptional customer experience.
