Zom-In is hiring a Customer Support Agent to join our Petaling Jaya/Kuala Lumpur team. You will handle customer inquiries via live chat and other channels, delivering friendly, accurate support to our customers.

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in the service industry.
- Customer Service/Contact Centre background is a big plus (Banking/Finance preferred).
- Comfortable with weekend & rotational shifts.
