Job summary

Intelek Staffing Services is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor (Automotive) in Johor to join a dynamic dealership team. The role requires engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable vehicle options during a fast-paced sales cycle.

You will work six days a week with retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and earn a monthly salary up to RM3,500 plus incentives and sales bonuses. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibility

Position: Customer Sales Advisor (Automative)

Working Days: 6 days per week (rotational including weekends and PH)

Working Hours: Retail Operating Hours (Depending on Schedule)*

Available Locations: Melaka, Kempas, Batu Pahat, Bukit Indah, Johor Jaya, Mersing, Pasir Gudang

Monthly Salary: Up to RM3,500++ (Basic Salary + Incentives + Monthly Sales Bonus)

• Guide customers throughout the entire sales journey, including vehicle selection, trade-in/appraisal discussions, test drives, and financing application processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and transaction documentation to ensure a seamless customer experience and compliance with company procedures.
