Job summary

Link4 is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to nurture and grow our Malaysia-based client base in Kuala Lumpur. You will act as the primary relationship manager, handle meetings, renewals, and referrals to safeguard recurring revenue.

In this role you will identify upsell opportunities across existing accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely feedback to management. 2–5 years' relevant experience and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within Malaysia for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager for Link4's customers in Malaysia.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and check-ins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Support customer retention, renewals, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts, including training and services.
• Generate customer referrals and introductions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Prepare monthly customer activity and relationship reports.
