Job summary

Melinau EV Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable candidate to support outlet sales activities and customer engagement in Miri, Sarawak. The role involves helping achieve sales satisfaction and insurance renewal targets, while coordinating test drives, showroom events, roadshows and visitation support for the sales team.

The role also includes handling daily reports, administrative tasks and contributing to customer care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Business/Marketing/Communication or related field.
• Experience in customer service/frontline/automotive is an added advantage (fresh grads are welcome).
• Pleasant, customer-oriented and good communication skills.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays when required.
• Computer literate (MS Office/Google, WhatsApp).

Responsibilities

• Achieve outlet sales satisfaction index target.
• Achieve outlet insurance renewal target.
• Provide test drive, showroom events, roadshow and visitation support to sales team.
• Support daily report and administrative works.
• Support customer care and engagement activities.
