Job summary

KHIND Malaysia is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels. You will respond to questions about products, pricing, and online purchases while engaging with customers on social platforms.

You will coordinate with internal teams, assist with order processing under the Rent-To-Own model, and help improve product descriptions based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, inbound calls, WhatsApp, and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, and PG Mall).
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and online purchases.
• Manage social media comments and messages while maintaining positive customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle pending payments and cases while tracking their progress.
• Understand the Rent-To-Own business model and support order processing, invoicing, shipping, and after-sales activities.
• Work closely with the Commercial team to improve product descriptions based on customer feedback.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
