Job summary

MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is assisting an established manufacturer in recruiting a qualified Customer Quality Engineer for a Banting, Selangor location. The position offers a basic salary of RM3,500 per month with a minimum of two years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.

You will manage customer complaints, conduct root-cause analysis, prepare CAPA/8D reports, and drive corrective actions across Production and Engineering to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, quality engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering or customer quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Experience with CAPA, 8D, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints, product defects and other quality-related concerns.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and prepare corrective and preventive action plans.
• Prepare CAPA, 8D and other customer-required quality reports.
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and other departments to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Analyse quality data to identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain complete documentation of customer quality incidents.
• Support customer audits, internal audits and quality-related meetings.
• Develop and update quality procedures, inspection standards and work instructions.
• Liaise with customers regarding quality expectations, complaints and corrective actions.
