Job summary

Teradyne in Melaka, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced professional to perform system installation, calibration and troubleshooting of Teradyne Test Equipment. You will manage projects, deliver training, and build strong customer relationships to improve uptime and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in testing/ATE environments, hands-on hardware troubleshooting, and experience with Teradyne or other ATE platforms including UltraFlex/UltraFlexPlus. Travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Eng, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in testing or ATE environments.
• Experience programming and hardware troubleshooting on ATE platforms.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Perform system installation, project management, calibration, retrofitting, training, and troubleshooting.
• Provide application support for customer production issues.
• Escalate customer production problems and take full ownership until resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; collaborate on issue prevention.
• Develop and implement support plans with cross‑functional teams and customer maintenance groups to improve uptime and efficiency.
• Deliver training, facilitate technical exchanges, and present technical papers.
