Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree and >7 years in Product/Test within semiconductor.
• Experience with automated testers (ATEs), rack-and-stack systems, and bench setups.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Java; familiarity with LabVIEW is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate discrete and module semiconductor devices.
• Design and modify test systems and fixturing; develop software for test systems.
• Lead ATE test plans, HW design, test programs and bench test development for device characterization.
