Job summary

Pacific Rubber And Packing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service / Order Processing professional to handle orders from receipt to delivery. You will review orders, enter into ERP One, monitor status, coordinate with Operations and Warehouse, and maintain records.

1–3 years' experience and a diploma are preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating with operations on fulfilment, following up on outstanding orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, logistics, or B2B customer service is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer purchase orders and enquiries.
• Review orders for part numbers, quantities, delivery requirements and other relevant information.
• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor order status and provide customers with timely updates.
• Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse regarding order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and delivery requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and upscale issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
